Please inspect your vehicle before leaving our premises. Any concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible to allow us to investigate and resolve them promptly.
Vizual Mods does not sell products directly online.
Customers can request custom parts or vehicle modifications by contacting us via phone or email.
All orders and agreements are confirmed over the telephone or via email before any work begins.
Pricing for standard parts may be provided on the website but is fixed only for these items.
Custom work and parts require individual quotes based on the vehicle and scope of work.
Quotes provided are final once accepted by the customer.
We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer only.
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon during the ordering process.
Payment in full is required before any custom work begins.
Due to the bespoke nature of customisation and made-to-order parts, refunds are only given if the work performed is faulty or unsatisfactory.
No refunds are given for changes of mind or if the work was completed according to the agreed specifications.
Customers are encouraged to discuss all requirements clearly before acceptance.
For physical parts, delivery details and times will be confirmed when ordering.
Vizual Mods is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Installation of parts or modifications is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We provide services and products as per UK consumer protection laws.
Vizual Mods is not liable for indirect or consequential damages relating to vehicle modifications.
Customers should ensure professional installation for any custom parts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any disputes resolved in English courts.
– A deposit is required to secure all bookings made with Vizual Mods.
– Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
– Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking, fail to attend your appointment, or do not provide the required notice below.
– We require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. Requests made with less than 5 working days’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
– Where at least 5 working days’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (subject to availability). Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Vizual Mods.
– If you arrive significantly late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the work carried out, reschedule the booking, or treat the appointment as a cancellation, in which case the deposit may be forfeited.
– Any remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– If Vizual Mods needs to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new mutually agreed date or refunded if an alternative date cannot be agreed.
– By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
